May ushered in the auspicious occasion of Ganga Dusshera. To mark this revered day, Kathak Dharohar Production organized 'Jeevandayini Ganga', an event that paid homage to the river Ganga, symbolizing both spirituality and sustenance in India. Held at the Kamani Auditorium, Mandi House, the event was graced by eminent personalities, including former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Mr. Tirath Singh Rawat, and others, highlighting the importance of the occasion.

The highlight of the evening was a ballet performance, conceptualized and choreographed by the acclaimed Kathak dancer, Sadanand Biswas. The ballet, through dance, depicted the journey of Ganga, from its celestial beginnings to its life-giving flow on Earth. The dance, paired with soulful music, crafted an ambiance of divinity, captivating the audience.

Prominent figures addressed the audience, shedding light on the Ganga's significance in Indian culture and the pressing need for its conservation. The evening also saw an exhibition, portraying the Ganga's journey through photographs, artwork, and artifacts.

'Jeevandayini Ganga' was more than an event; it was a clarion call, reminding everyone of the sanctity of the Ganga and our collective duty to preserve its purity.
